Sales Module

 

In the sales module, the program makes it possible to register properties with photos and their characteristics, owners, buyers, interested clients, etc., and obtain reports and listings of all this registered information. In addition, it allows you to perform filtered property searches that quickly return results within the requested specifications.

The program also has resources for printing promissory notes and controlling their receipts, thus facilitating the calculation of commissions.

 

Leases Module

 

The leasing module is responsible for managing the entire property leasing process. In this module, the program allows you to register properties with a photo and their characteristics, as well as carry out filtered searches of properties available for rental according to customer needs.

The program allows full control of property lease contracts, allowing you to register the necessary information, such as owners, tenants, guarantors, brokers, etc. In addition, the Property Management program has routines for controlling the receipt of rents and rendering accounts with the owner, issuing reports with rents receivable, cash book, banking transactions and statement of income and expenses.

 

Condominium Module

 

This module allows full financial control over the administration of condominiums. The program provides records for condominiums, condominium units, owners, joint owners, landlords, etc.

Property Management makes it possible to launch automatically prorated values, unit exemptions, set values for a certain period, extra calls together with normal or separate charges for the property owner. In addition, the program has control for reading water and gas, in addition to issuing reports with readings made or registered.

The condominium module has resources for issuing bank payment slips, receipts, cash book and accountability reports with statement of income and expenses. The program also allows, in this module, total control of receipts with reports from overdue tenants and integration of receipts with the cashier and banks.

 

Integrated Box

 

This program function is intended to control the real estate's cash and bank integrated with the receipts from the condominium and leases. In addition to issuing the real estate's cash and the cash of each condominium, it allows the statement of their income and expenses.
