Data Cempro's integrated asset control system is characterized by its agility, speed and efficiency to calculate depreciation, control the inventory of assets, insurance policy, exits and return of assets under maintenance, control of guarantees, among other resources available for asset management. The WinPatrimónio system also has the exclusive control of CIAP-RS (control of ICMS-RS credits from permanent assets).

This wealth control system has complete functions for wealth management:

- Control of assets under warranty and the output of assets for maintenance and technical assistance;
- Performs the calculation of depreciation for periods defined by the user;
- Control of physical and financial inventory of goods, by branch, cost center and physical location;
- Control of expired and expired insurance policies;

In addition to these functions, the asset control system registers insurance companies, cost centers, suppliers, indexers, components added to an asset with serial numbers and individualized warranty, allowing the printing of listings for all of them.

WinPatrimonio, a program for patrimonial control, has an intelligent registration routine, with suggested values and allowing the recovery of the previous data entry. It also has an option for filters and searches for any field.

Another possibility that this wealth management software offers is to work with several open periods without the need for reprocessing.

The reports of the asset control system were designed in a clear and well presented way, with highlights and titles in bold, among other options.
