Data Cempro's accounting system has a fully configurable chart of accounts. A standard template is provided that can be modified or deleted by the customer, if he wants to create his chart of accounts from scratch, and it is also possible to define masks and levels for each created group.

The program has an intelligent posting routine, allowing direct access to the chart of accounts, retrieval of previous typing, history with no limit on size and reconciliation of accounts. It also has an option for filters and searches for any field, enabling, quickly and easily, the visualization of previous entries and totals through the system's own entries screen.

The printing of any report in this accounting system can be done on laser, inkjet and/or dot matrix printers, the latter having a quick printing routine.

The system also has routines for creating personalized financial statements, allowing the inclusion of calculation formulas, linking with balances, among other options. It also has several standard statements necessary for accounting, including the Income Statement (Statement of Income for the Year) and the Accumulated Profit and Loss report.

This accounting program allows you to send any report by email, in standard or PDF formats, through the system itself, saving time and speeding up sending them.

This system has complete accounting functions and facilitates your managerial decisions:

- It has records of cost centers and branches separate from the chart of accounts, allowing the issuance of reports filtered by cost centers, branches or consolidated general;
- Allows the definition of which groups/subgroups should have their account balances printed and/or viewed in the period balance sheets (analytical and synthetic), comparative balance sheet and traditional balance sheet;
- It also allows the issuance of balance sheets with balance in the accounts, even after resetting the result accounts, without the need to cancel entries or return system backups;
- Allows the automatic closing of the result accounts on any date, as well as undoing this action if necessary;
- It has graphics generation (12 months) in different formats (pizza, bars, etc.);
- Allows you to email all reports through the system itself, as well as print them, saving time and printing documents;
- Imports releases from any system that allows the export in the layout pattern pre-defined by Data Cempro;
- Allows exports in XML, HTML, text, PDF standards, among others.

Data Cempro's accounting program is exported to the executive declaratory act COFIS nº 15 IN 86/2001 - SINCO, to SPED Contábil and to DIPJ. ContabMilenium also imports data from any accounting system that exports in the predefined layout pattern.

The system has an application that performs backups (backup) automatically, and it is possible to change its settings.

The accounting system is integrated with the accounting systems.  Bookkeeping of Tax Books,  Personnel Department, Property Control  and  Calculation of Taxable Income. The software has the characteristics of being multi-company and multi-user (optional), that is, it allows simultaneous access to the program by several users and allows the sharing of information between them.
