All the flexibility and security you need in your personnel and human resources department routines are in this system. WinDP, Data Cempro's personnel and HR department system, has several facilities for generating payroll and other DP activities for all types of companies and accounting offices. 

It has a user-friendly and self-explanatory interface, with the possibility of creating shortcuts to the most used routines, quick access to all program features, change of appearance (skins), among other features that Data Cempro seeks to develop so that more and more our customers identify with our systems.

 

 

This system has complete functions for the Personnel and HR Department:

 

  • Allows the generation of payroll in different periods (monthly, fortnightly and weekly);

  • Issues payroll reports. All reports can be printed, saved to PDF or sent to WebSharing;

  • It has an optional point treatment module that enables point import and maintenance and is integrated into the sheet calculation;

  • Issues payment receipt (payment slips), RPA and RPCI reports with company logo;

  • Allows printing on checks;

  • Exports liquids to banks (to pay workers through the associated bank);

  • Calculates vacation, termination, 13th salary and the printing of documents referring to these calculations, such as vacation receipt and notice, prior notice, resignation and TRCT - termination receipt;

  • It has registration and issuance of an employee's file with a photo (visible in various system routines);

  • It facilitates the printing of the unemployment insurance form and also makes the web unemployment insurance exportation;

  • Generates the export file for GRRF, Homolognet, SEFIP, RAIS, CAGED, DIRF, NIS registration and exports the data for eSocial registration qualification;

  • Allows the export of payroll to accounting;

  • Calculate the provision for vacations, 13th salary and export to accounting;

  • Performs the GPS calculation and also exports these values for accounting;

  • Provides the calculation of the DARF of PIS, IRF and the CAGED fine;

  • Issue receipts and listings for benefits such as transportation and food stamps;

  • Provides contract and document templates used in the personnel department routine, with the possibility of editing, creating new templates and placing the company logo;

  • Displays listings to assist in checking registration and calculating the sheet;

  • It has the option of blocking sheets that have already been processed, so that they are not accidentally maintained. Locked periods can be viewed, printed, but not modified;

  • WinDP, a system for the personnel and HR (human resources) department, also has an intelligent payroll typing routine, allowing direct access to the registration of events, retrieving the typing of the previous payroll and defining standard events. The program also has an option for filters and searches for any field.

 

The entire system is being adapted for the worker as determined by eSocial!

 

The system has notifications to alert you when there are workers who must undergo periodic medical examination, if the CNH is due or if the vacation period is due. In the notification, the pending issue can already be resolved. For example: it is possible to schedule the employee's vacation;
